This role will see you provide five-star service to employees and visitors at the front desk in our renowned site. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Site Operations:

  • Support day-to-day site operations and provide professional, personable, and authentic hospitality and service experiences for our members, guests and partners.
  • Implement and monitor operating standards and procedures to exceed member expectations and business goals.
  • Be a host at our front desk to welcome and be a host to our members, guests and visitors.
  • Support all aspects of event and meeting room operations from identifying clients' needs, proactively handling issues that may arise in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve site operations, cleanliness and neatness, facilities and amenity provision and experience.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for apps, technology, AV systems used by members for door access, meeting room bookings etc.
Facilities Management:
  • Oversee maintenance, repair and replacement work conducted by vendors.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest preventive measures.
  • Ensure that the site is run in line with sustainability guidelines and policies for a sustainable and healthy workplace to meet health and wellness certifications.
Member & Guest Management:
  • Build, nurture and support a social, collaborative and cohesive community of members.
  • Seek opportunities to learn more about members, their business and their needs, to be able to provide personable and relevant member support.
  • Organise community initiatives and events to bring the community together and inspire and facilitate new member introductions and connections.
  • Strive to achieve the highest level of member satisfaction.
  • Address any member queries, concerns and arising issues.
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate, hospitality, membership club, co-working, professional services environment in a similar position.
  • Be social and passionate, have excellent customer service and highly effective communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and stakeholders, detailed oriented with a hands-on personality and approach.
  • Experience and understanding of working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both external clients and internal staff alike.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Proactive and flexible approach
  • Demonstrate high level of proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office), adaptability and expertise in utilising various applications, software, and the internet.
  • Able to provide basic IT, AV support.
